1. Who we are

This website is operated by Imtibish Health Care Private Limited (also referred to as Imtibish Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.), doing business as Tigris Valley. GSTIN: 32AADC18001M1ZQ.

DOOR,NO KP 21/303, KALAPRAM,WARD,21POKANNOTH,,, PANCHAYATH,MARKAZ KNOWLEDGE CITY MKC, KOZHICODE, KERALA, INDIA - 673580

For privacy questions, email reservation@tigrisvalley.com or call +91 90726 61634.

2. What we collect

When you use an enquiry or booking form on this site, we collect the details you submit. Depending on the form, that typically includes:

  • Name
  • Phone and WhatsApp number
  • Email address
  • City (and, for some bookings, country)
  • Preferred programme length, dates or consultation slot
  • Health-related answers you choose to provide — for example primary concern, pain type or duration, imaging history, medication use, or other questions that help us understand whether a programme may be suitable

If you reach us by phone or WhatsApp, we also process the number you use and the information you share in that conversation, so we can respond and coordinate care.

When you arrive from an advertisement or campaign link, the site may capture standard marketing parameters from the URL (such as source, campaign, medium, and click identifiers) and store them with your enquiry so our team can see which page or campaign you used.

3. Why we use this information

We use the information above to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and discuss programme options
  • Create and confirm a consultation or stay booking
  • Coordinate care with the reservations and clinical team before and during your visit
  • Contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry, booking, payment or arrival
  • Keep records needed for reservations, billing and applicable law

Health-related answers on these forms are used only to understand your enquiry and to help our team prepare — they are not a diagnosis and this marketing site does not provide medical advice.

4. Payments

Online consultation payments are processed by our payment provider (a bank payment gateway). We send the gateway the information needed to start the transaction — typically your name, email, mobile number and the booking amount. Full card numbers and other card credentials are entered on the provider's pages and are not stored by this website.

We retain booking references, transaction identifiers and payment status so we can confirm a booking, handle refunds and resolve payment queries. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads tags. Those services may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits, understand which pages and campaigns are used, and measure advertising. We do not use a separate first-party cookie banner or additional analytics products on this site.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not stop you from sending an enquiry or completing a booking.

6. Who we share information with

We share personal information only as needed to run the service:

  • Our reservations and care team, so they can follow up and prepare for your visit
  • Our customer-relationship and lead system, which stores enquiry and booking details for follow-up
  • The payment gateway that processes online payments
  • Professional advisers or authorities where Indian law requires disclosure, or to protect our legal rights

We do not sell your personal information. We do not claim compliance with foreign health-privacy regimes that do not apply to this Indian website.

7. How long we keep data

Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as they are needed to respond to you, deliver the programme or consultation you asked about, and meet accounting, clinical coordination and legal record-keeping needs. Marketing parameters attached to an enquiry are kept with that enquiry record. When information is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it in the ordinary course of our systems.

8. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection framework, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate details, and withdraw consent for processing that is based on consent (for example, further marketing follow-up on an enquiry). Withdrawal does not affect processing we have already completed, or records we must keep for a booking, payment or legal obligation.

To make a request, email reservation@tigrisvalley.com with enough detail for us to identify you (the name and phone number used on the form is usually enough). We will respond through the same contact channel.

9. Children

These forms are intended for adults making an enquiry or booking for themselves or a family member. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through this site, contact us and we will review and delete it where appropriate.

10. Updates

We may update this policy when our forms, payment flow or the law changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
